OUR RETURN POLICY The following policies must be adhered to in order to receive credit for returned items... Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date that we originally shipped the item provided they are still in the original box and in new condition. We will not refund the purchase price of footwear which is not in new condition (new condition does not include footwear that has been worn outside, has footprints imprinted on the footbed, has dirty soles, etc). If we receive a return which includes footwear that is not in new condition, that item(s) will be returned to the customer's original shipping address with appropriate shipping charges billed to the credit card originally used to purchase the shoes. ------------------------------------------------------- If an item is defective, you may return it to us and request a refund. When we receive an item which is claimed to be defective, we will return it to the manufacturer with an explanation of the problem. If the manufacturer determines that the item is indeed defective and not simply a result of normal wear, then (and only then) will we credit a customer for the purchase price of the item. ------------------------------------------------------- To exchange an item (this also must be done within 30 days), complete the return form for credit, and re-order the replacement item online. This provides faster delivery and more reliable customer service as the process will be automated. ------------------------------------------------------- Please use a separate shipping box to return your shoes. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for shoeboxes with shipping tape, address labels, or postage attached. Please indicate the reason for your return and the receipt number on the return form we provide with your shipment. If your item was shipped to you direct from the manufacturer, you may print a Return Form via the link below. If you need to return an item due to an error in shipment on our part, we will refund shipping charges up to $7.00. Returned items may take up to 30 days to be credited.
