We hope you’re happy with your shoes. But just in case you’re not, our returns policy makes it easy to send it back for a refund or exchange.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can exchange your shoes or return them for a refund within 30 days, provided they are still in the original box and original condition.
- All products must be returned in the original box and in new condition, unless problems in manufacturing or materials exist.
- Footwear that has been worn outside or has visible wear in the foot bed is not considered to be in new condition. We will not refund the purchase price of footwear that is not in new condition.
- Upon receipt of your order at our warehouse, if everything is correct, we will credit the original purchase. Allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- Use a separate shipping box to return your shoes. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for shoe boxes with shipping tape, address labels, or postage attached.
